The Drainage Pathways Assessment
Nov 24, 2023DRAINAGE PATHWAYS ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Answer 'Yes' or 'No'
- If you've answered 'Yes' to two or more questions for a specific pathway, that's an indicator that that pathway needs support. Most people need to support multiple pathways.
- When building your protocol, you can support 1-3 pathways at the same time. For example, if the colon, gallbladder, lymphatic system and lungs need support, you can support the colon, gallbladder and lymphatic system in one protocol. All of these three pathways are part of The Big 5, which means that by supporting them, you also support the pathways upstream, in this case the lungs. Learn more about which pathways to prioritize here.
- If supporting 2-3 pathways is too much and the body cannot handle it, start by supporting only one, and go from there. Prioritize based on the order of importance. Learn more about why you can feel worse during drainage here.
