DRAINAGE PATHWAYS ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Answer 'Yes' or 'No'
- If you've answered 'Yes' to two or more questions for a specific pathway, that's an indicator that that pathway needs support. Most people need to support multiple pathways. In every protocol that you create, I recommend supporting up to 2 pathways simultaneously.

This is the order in which pathways must be supported for optimal results.
ORDER OF IMPORTANCE:
- Colon
- Gallbladder
- Liver
- Kidneys
- Lymphatic system & Skin
- Spleen
- Glymphatic System
- Lungs
- Menstrual Cycle or Hormone Health
- Cells & Mitochondria
GENERAL SYMPTOMS OF POOR DRAINAGE
When you are experiencing symptoms or have been chronically ill, it is a given that at least one of your drainage pathways needs support. Symptoms can include:
- Fatigue, weakness
- Hormonal imbalances
- Constipation, diarrhea, or alternating between the two
- Brain fog, difficulty focusing & making decisions, poor memory
- Loss of appetite, not hungry in the morning
- Bloated after meals or throughout the day
- Anxiety, depression, mood fluctuations
- Waking up between 1-4 AM
- Edema, swelling, feeling swollen and inflamed
- Swollen glands
- Yellowish skin, yellow eyes
- Acne, rashes, eczema, hives, itching
- Can't sweat, taking longer than 10 minutes to sweat in the sauna
- Cellulite
- Spider veins
- Heart palpitations, feeling uneasy
- Breathing difficulties, air hunger, asthma-like symptoms
- Frequent infections, feeling like you catch everything that's going around
