Paola has literally helped me take back control of my health and helped give me my life back. I was hopeless before finding her and barely surviving each day. Working with Paola was a wonderful and eye-opening experience. I struggled with frequent hives, hair loss, waking up in the middle of the night, cystic acne, etc. And I had recently finished getting my nutrition cert, but I knew I needed to work with a professional to help clean, detox, and reset my body.

I have known Paola for 12 long and amazing years. Throughout these years, she has guided, helped, and supported my journey in mental, spiritual, and physical health.
