Spike Protein Detox Protocol
Jul 18, 2024With all the recent information about COVID and the vaccine, I wanted to share a method I've been using to help my clients detox from the spike protein and the vaccine this past year. Feel free to share this with your loved ones.
Important: Speak with your healthcare provide before introducing any supplements.
This protocol is designed for adults and should be followed for a minimum of 3 months. The more boosters one has received, the longer this protocol should be maintained. Some people may need to follow it for up to 12 months or longer.
SUPPLEMENTS:
- Bromelain: 500 mg once a day (avoid combining with anticoagulant medications, including NSAIDs)
- Nattokinase: 2,000 FU (100 mg) twice a day (avoid combining with anticoagulant medications, including NSAIDs)
- Curcumin: 500 mg twice a day (monitor iron levels, especially if already iron deficient)

LIFESTYLE ESSENTIALS:
- Ensure complete daily bowel movements for proper elimination
- Sweat daily through exercise or sauna
- Ground for 20 minutes a day to reduce inflammation & improve redox potential
- Get red, infrared, and UV light daily to support detox at the cellular level
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS WITH YOUR HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER:
- If diagnosed with an autoimmune disease or tested positive for ANA: Adding 200 mg of hydroxychloroquine twice a day can be beneficial.
- If experiencing pain when breathing or atypical chest pain: 0.6 mg of colchicine once a day can be beneficial.
