Full Moon Challenges & Drainage Guide

gut health open access parasites Nov 13, 2022

In the past few weeks, I have received many questions from my Instagram community about the parasite Full Moon Challenge. Every client that I have worked with has passed parasites during the cleanse. This also includes clients that had a negative GI MAP for parasites.

Parasites are omnipresent. The question is not whether you have parasites (we all do!) but whether they are driving your symptoms. I wanted to create this blog post to clarify some of the questions regarding the Full Moon Challenge and the Drainage protocol.

The full moon is the best time to target parasites because it is the best bang for your buck. This is the time when parasites detach from the intestinal wall, they communicate, mate and lay eggs. It is for this reason that most people that are suffering from parasitic overload experience more intense symptoms during the full moon. Such symptoms may include bloating, constipation or diarrhea, trouble falling and staying asleep, feeling hungry all the time, anxiety, headaches, clenching the jaw, etc. If you notice that your symptoms get worse around the full moon (3 to 5 days before the full moon and 3 to 5 days after) it is worth considering parasites. For a more comprehensive list of symptoms check out my Instagram post

The Full Moon Challenge is designed to target parasites when they're most vulnerable. It is not suitable if you have never worked on your drainage pathways. Think of your drainage pathways as highways in the body through which toxins and pathogens leave your body. If these pathways are clogged up, it is a must that you open up the pathways first before implementing any form of detox including Full Moon Challenges. If you have ANY symptoms at all, your drainage pathways need support. Symptoms and disease are a sign of impaired drainage pathways.

If this is you, it is best to start by supporting your drainage pathways before doing a Full Moon Challenge. There are many ways to support your drainage pathways through lifestyle and diet which I have covered in this Instagram post. However, lifestyle and diet can only take you so far when you’ve had clogged pathways for some time. This is when supplements can be extremely helpful. Cellcore has created a simple drainage protocol that you can follow to support your drainage pathways for 30 days. Most people will only need 30 days of drainage support before addressing parasites, while others may need 60 or more depending on how sick they are. It is important not to rush this part of the process. Drainage is the most important step in the healing process.

Once you have completed the drainage protocol, you can now do the Full Moon Challenge. The next full moon is on December 7th. However, I do realize that you may not be ready for this full moon because you may be doing the drainage protocol. In that case, you can implement the Full Moon Challenge in January. The full moon challenge for beginners is three days long. It starts the day before the full moon and ends the day after the full moon. For this, you may use the Para Kit by Cellcore. Each kit and protocol by Cellcore comes with instructions.

During the full moon challenge, I recommend that you pick your stool apart with a kebab skewer. This is a great way to see what is coming out of you. In most cases, parasites will not be visible and they will hide inside the stool. If you would like to see what they look like check out my Instagram highlight named Parasites. I have documented pictures from clients and non-clients that have done full moon challenges and comprehensive cleanses over the past two years using Cellcore. This is a great way to help you identify what is coming out of you.

It is best to repeat the Full Moon Challenge until you stop seeing parasites. Some people may need more comprehensive cleanses which they can achieve by working with a practitioner. Depending on how you react to the beginner challenge you may graduate to the intermediate challenge. If you are herxing (experiencing symptoms from detoxing too fast) during the beginner challenge it is worth repeating it 3 to 6 times before considering the intermediate challenge.Think of this as a marathon and not a sprint.

Herxing does not mean that you are detoxing. It means that your drainage pathways need more support and that you are not able to eliminate what is being killed.

Happy Parasite Cleansing!
