Do You Need a Kill Protocol?

drainage & detox open access Jul 18, 2024

Kill protocols can be harmful if we don’t address the basics first. This includes any protocol targeting bacteria, fungi, or parasites. We need to focus on the foundations because they often resolve over 70% of the symptoms. Without addressing these basics, we can't be sure if the kill protocol is necessary or potentially harmful to our microbiome.

Whether someone has a specific infection diagnosis or not, addressing the foundations is crucial. Here are my top seven:

  1. Circadian Health: It’s not just about how well you sleep but also whether you are exposed to natural light at sunrise and sunset. Blocking blue light is crucial because light regulates every function in our body.
  2. Grounding: Spend at least 20 minutes daily grounding. Our ancestors lived connected to the earth, allowing electrons to flow into the body, which is essential for maintaining healthy cells. Grounding helps restore the negative charge that cells need to function properly.
  3. Reducing Environmental Toxins: A high toxic burden increases the likelihood of developing dysbiosis. When toxin levels are high, the body relies on the microbiome to biotransform toxins, which can lead to microbial overgrowth and pathogenic transformations.
  4. Minimizing nn-EMF Exposure: Non-native electromagnetic fields (nn-EMF) can cause cellular dysfunction, partly by reducing EZ water in our cells, which is vital for cell health. Exposure to red and infrared light can help restore EZ water.
  5. Movement: A body in motion is a body that heals. Move your body in ways that feel good and natural to you.
  6. Regular Bowel Movements: Daily elimination is crucial for detoxifying the body and removing microbes and parasites. A backed-up colon means poor drainage overall, increasing the likelihood of dysbiosis.
  7. Nervous System & Mindset: Quieting the mind, dissolving limiting beliefs, and honoring our impulses are crucial for overall well-being and creating safety within the body. A body that feels constant danger cannot heal.

If you have already addressed the basics and dysbiosis persists, this is when we can consider kill protocols. Don’t forget to incorporate binders and biofilm disruptors as well - to ensure efficacy.
