Yesterday was the last day of my drainage protocol. I wanted to share my experience and what I did to support drainage on all levels.
The drainage protocol helps your liver, gallbladder, and colon function optimally. Your liver is your primary detoxifying organ. It converts toxins into harmless substances that the body can remove through the colon, kidneys, and skin. When it comes to detoxing the body, drainage is non-negotiable. It ensures that all the pathways through which the toxins and pathogens leave your body are open. Whatever your objectives are, you should always support drainage first before working on specific toxins and pathogens. I recommend supporting drainage for at least 30 days before you start detoxing.
Some people may require more kidney support, while others may require more liver support, and so on. This is highly individualized, hence drainage should be supported during detox also.
As I went through the drainage phase, I noticed three major benefits:

The drainage phase may look different for each person, but it is critical to minimize inflammation as much as possible since toxins and pathogens that have been hidden for too long may emerge.
In addition to the supplements, I used the following to help with drainage:
Successful detox protocols are comprehensive. One supplement alone will not get you to the root cause, but the right diet modifications, lifestyle changes, and supplements will give you the support you need to rebalance your body. Happy Detoxing!
