Inspired by all the questions I received last week about drainage and detox, I decided to talk about why there is no one-size-fits-all detox protocol. Most of my clients come to me after being dismissed by their practitioner, and told that everything “looks normal”. They are sick of chasing symptoms and getting further away from the source of the problem.
When we speak of root causes, we are actually referring to a deep whole-body detox. What does it mean to “detox”? Detox means removing pathogens (parasites, candida, bacteria), environmental toxins, and hidden stealth infections that create imbalances at the cellular level making it hard for the body to heal, recover and thrive. Without addressing them, it is impossible to break the cycle of chronic illness and inflammation.
Creating detox protocols is one of my specialties as a root cause practitioner. There is no one-size-fits-all approach that works for everyone. The best protocol is one that is tailored to your specific needs. You might wonder why that is. Let me give you an example. Two of my clients have the same symptoms: bloating, indigestion, constipation, and gas. Do I just give them both the same protocol? Certainly not! That’s where traditional medicine falls short (and it’s not the doctors’ fault; they are not trained to look for the root causes).
Just because two people have the same symptoms does not mean that the root causes are the same.
Just because two people have the same symptoms does not mean they will respond well to the same protocol because we are all biochemically different.
Just because two people have the same symptoms does not mean they should implement the same diet because we are all genetically different, hence we need certain nutrients more than others to positively influence gene expression.
Just because two people have the same symptoms does not mean they can make the same lifestyle modifications. We all have different determinants of health that can impact our ability to implement certain changes.
I hope you can see why a single protocol does not work for everyone. This is not meant to discourage you. On the contrary, I’d like to empower you to work with someone who will take the time to get to know you and develop a customized plan that will help you achieve your goals.
If you’ve been reading my articles this month, you know that I recommend Cellcore’s detox protocols (Foundational or Comprehensive) to anyone suffering from chronic illnesses. You may wonder, but didn’t you just say that one protocol does not fit all? Correct! That is why I recommend that everyone work with a practitioner who can customize Cellcore’s protocols for them. I am aware, however, that not everyone can work with a practitioner. As a result, I’ve made it easy to access the protocols and will continue to publish articles that explain how to implement each phase. Cellcore protocols are all-encompassing protocols that aim to address underlying causes. A tailored strategy from a practitioner will aggressively target your weakest points, reducing the likelihood that you will have to repeat the process. Whether you opt to work with a practitioner or go it alone, you will certainly reap the benefits.
If you haven’t yet signed up for Cellcore (Cellcore is a practitioner brand, and you will need a patient direct code to access their protocols), I recommend signing up for my newsletter here. You will immediately receive an email with the patient direct code. Happy Detoxing!
